About the Client :

– They are diversified conglomerate with interests across Energy (Power, Renewables, Chemicals), Consumer (retail, food services), Entertainment (media, music, sports) and technology businesses.

– The Group is looking to build a strong position in the consumer space. As a group,primarily into the consumer and technology businesses. The new business would aim to build a portfolio of new brands in the foods category (before expansion into other categories such as personal care and home care).

JD :

Job Location: KOLKATA

Preferred Industry : FMCG or PHARMA Background Only

Experience: 2-7 years

Education: Must be from Tier 1 institute ( SP Jain, IIT, etc)

Requirements (Functional) :

– Should have an experience in production planing, Demand planing & Supply planing.

– Should have handled the distribution planing.

– Should be well aware of deployment function & planing.

– Should be very strong with demand planing.

Requirements ( Leadership) :

– Ability to lead from front ( Build entire business from scratch)

– Ability to think and execute big ( Building for long term while delivering in short term)

– High Action bias ( Taking ownership, Moving things forward attitude)

– Adaptability ( Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment)

Please Note:- Candidates with FMCG background would be preferred only .
